Nordelph Traders: The Shining Tree
The Shining Tree healthy living centre is found at Salters Lode on the A1122. It is dedicated to promoting awareness in health through an integrated system of complementary, holistic and body movement therapies.
It offers a number of facilities:
- Clinic: treatments for chronic pain and health problems
- Health & Fitness Studio: classes in the Eastern arts of Tai Chi Chuan, Chi Kung, Tibetan Yoga and Japanese Yoga
- Good Food Cafe: food free from additives and preservatives; wheat and dairy free, specialising in vegetarian cuisine
- Swimming pool and sauna: indoor heated pool and sauna for exclusive use of residents and members
- Recreation area: a creatively designed wildlife area with water features for you to relax, contemplate or exercise at your own pace
MEMBERSHIP
Members have unlimited use of the pool and sauna during opening hours; 50% off class fees, 10% off weekend buffet prices; 10% off workshops, seminars and special events; exclusive use of the recreation area and a members' lounge.
FEES
Single membership -- £400 per year or £35 per month by standing order
Joint membership -- £760 per year or £65 per month by standing order
There is a one-off administration fee of £40 on joining.

Tuesday -- Saturday 7.00 am to 10.00 pm
Sundays 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
